Facilities

Raw material :
We use the top quality A grade virgin PP and HDPE in all our products and we ensure that this raw material comes directly from the world reputed manufacturers.

Extrusion :
We have got the latest extrusion Plants with the total install capacity of 500 MT. These extruders are able to process both PP and HDPE.

Weaving :
Our weaving is done on four shuttle, six shuttle, eight shuttle, Ten shuttle and flat looms. Circular looms can make the fabric width  from 25 cm to 220 cm. and in the flat looms in width ranging from 25 cm to 420 cm. and in fabric weighing 45- 300 GSM.

Coating :
Our coating plant can coat circular, panel bags. For special needs we can coat upto 290 cms wide fabric for application like ground cover, roof covers and FIBC.

Printing:
We can print upto 4 colors on flexographic machine and 8 colors on reverse print.

Stitching and Bag Making :
 In a very clean and hygienic environment our bags are produced.  We have stitching machines capable of performing job like hemming, safety stitch and  herracle stitch.

Liner Production :
We have our own extrusion blown  plant to produce LDPE liners for FIBC insertion and in small bags insertion. The thickness of the liners could be 25 Mic. to 250 Mic.
